New York City Elevator Accident Update
It was just reported by the New York Post regarding the elevator accident in midtown NYC which killed an advertising executive that NYC Inspectors determined a recent maintenance repair may have played a factor in the accident. The accident occurring at 285 Madison Avenue resulted in Inspectors making a sweep of hundreds of elevators throughout New York City. An elevator personal injury accident case can be difficult to prove if the building owner or elevator company was not given notice of a problem.
